AT1000 & AT5000
The heart and soul of high quality audio amplification begins with the pre-amplifier. The AT1000 valve pre-amplifier offers you 6 input switching options - including MP3, through an easily accessed input connector on the front facia. But more than that, the AT1000 also boasts a dedicated single-ended class A headphone amplifier, for use with either 3.5mm or 6.4mm stereo jacks, offering high quality personal listening. The quality electronics are housed in distinctively designed aluminium casework, with a 6mm-thick front facia and anodised finishes.

The AT5000 power amplifier has been designed to offer true audiophile sound at a competitive price point. The design is single ended, using a valve, Schottky diodes and multiple power capacitors offering a large 44 joule capacity per channel in the power supply. The fully dual mono construction, including 2 x 300VA transformers, gives speed, dynamics and the lowest crosstalk.

Short signal paths offer low signal degradation and the outcome is a truly engaging audiophile sound with qualities one would expect only to find in higher priced amplifiers. 50W into 8ohms and 100W into 4ohms output power will be loud enough for most users and bi-amping with two AT5000’s is a cost effective upgrade. All housed in a distinctively designed aluminium case with anodised finishes.

Enigma
MULTIFUNCTION AUDIO UNIT - the heartbeat of music

Have you ever thought of a second system that could satisfy all your listening needs despite being very practical and small? Have you ever thought of giving this system as a gift so that someone else could enjoy "fine sound"?

Or have you approached this world recently and are you looking for something different to what you have listened to until now?

Enigma was created to satisfy all these requests, but the development of the product, improved and modified by experience brought us much more than we initially expected: a high quality audiophile system in all its parts, capable of reproducing all the detail within the musical scene, and with excellent depth and weight to the sound.
Enigma is an exceptional unit, the first and unique example of a multi-function high-end unit.

Evolution-series

It was in early 2002 that Creek’s legendary 43 series products were discontinued. They were considered to be amongst the best entry-level products available but the discontinuation of major component parts meant Creek was left with no option than to cease production. With ever escalating costs it became almost impossible to be able to produce products of comparable quality at the same-or-better-price points.

Until Now.

Evo products have been developed using 3D solid modeling software and high-grade PCB development tools. They are designed to look similar to the new Destiny high-end range, but not to be confused with it. Cosmetically, the EVO uses a 12mm solid aluminium front panel that is machined to create a visually appealing look and feel. The casework is larger than previously used on the Creek 50 series, to accommodate the extra power and facilities. To provide a solid feel and stiffness, the outer case is made from folded steel, coated with textured paint finish. Control knobs, buttons and disc feet are machined from solid aluminium.

Evolution Amp.
To achieve 85 Watts power into an 8 Ohms load and >160 Watts into 4 Ohms, the mains transformer has to be big. The Evo uses an over-rated 250VA toroidal transformer, which will provide enough current to drive the amplifier to almost double its output into 4 Ohms. To improve the sound quality, no expense has been spared. Separate windings are used for each of the high current high voltage and low voltage, analogue and digital circuits. Two sets of rectifiers and a total of 20,000 micro-Farads of multiple smoothing capacitors are used to separate the left and right circuitry and improve the dynamic performance. This is a technique used by Creek before for its up-market products and is now available in the entry-level Evo. In terms of value for money, this cannot be over-stated.

Generally, few Hi-Fi companies put so much effort into their product's power supplies at this price point, but Creek knows that this is an area where the rewards are high for such investment

Evolution CD
The Evo CD player uses a Philips VAM1201 laser assembly and low profile loader.

This transport is different to the short-loader previously used by Creek in its CD43mk2, CD50 and CD53. However, the laser and chipset are the same. The short-loader transport became obsolete; hence the switch to alternatives, One of the most important parts of a good sounding CD player is the master clock.

The Evo has been designed to use a low jitter oscillator module that clocks the data from the drive to the D to A converter and also clocks the microcontroller with the same frequency. This is done to avoid the internal interference that would cause sonic performance reductions if run at a different and asynchronous frequency such as the ATAPI drive used in the more expensive Classic and Destiny CD players.

The controls are intuitive and the remote is packaged with every product.

Evolution Tuner
One of the great strengths of Creek Audio through the years has been the ability to produce exceptional tuners. The Evolution AM/FM Tuner carries on that tradition. Styled to complement the Evolution range of integrated amplifier and CD player, and released in 2006, this tuner is the perfect match.

With today’s airwaves seemingly becoming even more crowded, coupled with the ever-increasing methods of accessing radio broadcasts, why would you purchase a dedicated tuner? The answer is quite simple – it is the only way to bring radio broadcasts magnificently to life. Separates do sound better and a stand-alone analogue tuner will provide a purer quality of sound.

RV-5 Surround Receiver
At its heart, the RV-5 features a multi-faceted audio and video preamplifier with built-in processing. Married to that is a high-current, 7-channel power amplifier capable of driving a wide array of loudspeakers and a built-in FM/AM tuner. In addition, the RV-5 can accommodate a pair of HDMI source devices and can connect directly to a PC via USB, enabling the control and playback of streaming audio files. With the optional dock accessory, iPod® owners can even connect and play their iPod® through the RV-5. The RV-5 Receiver employs the latest version of Lexicon’s critically acclaimed Logic 7® decoding, which has been widely praised for its ability to greatly enhance the listening experience of any type of source material - whether it is music, film, TV, or even video games.

NAD VISO TWO
The Viso Two is the command centre for an advanced audio and video sound system. By combining the DVD/CD Player and Stereo Receiver in one elegant package, one only needs to add the TV monitor and speakers to the NAD Viso Two to have cinema quality sound in any room of the home.

Unlike the “Home Theatre in a Box” systems that include speakers (usually of questionable quality), the NAD Viso Two allows you to choose speakers to suite your décor or listening tastes. At Acoustic Images we have many speaker packages to combine nicely with the NAD Viso Two to give you exceptional performance. As one would expect from NAD, only high quality components have been used, so the NAD engineers were able to extract remarkable audio and video performance. Come in for a demo and we won’t let you leave disappointed!

SUPERNAIT Reference Integrated Amplifier
SUPERNAIT is not just a superbly musical amplifier; it's an analogue and digital audio control and connection hub that just happens to have some of the world's best audio amplification attached. SUPERNAIT's preamplifier section is directly descended from Naim's superlative reference series preamplifiers, and its power amplifier incorporates all the techniques and know-how that give voice to the traditional Naim qualities of rhythmic musicality. WHAT DO YOU WANT TO LISTEN TO? Along with sound quality, connection is SUPERNAIT's forte. The 21st Century has seen an explosion of music carriers, formats and delivery systems. Rotel RX-1052
Rotel’s RX-1052 provides the flexibility and entertainment potential of an outstanding A/V receiver with the simplicity and powerful performance you’d expect from a fine stereo receiver.

The RX-1052 doesn’t limit itself to one room either. It can be the multi-room/ multi-source heart of a “whole house” audio/video system! When used with six channels of external amplification – either three stereo amps or an all-in-one six channel model like Rotel’s RMB-1066 – the RX-1052 lets you direct up to eight audio or A/V sources to as many as four different locales. You maintain fully independent source selection, power on/off, and volume adjustment for each zone! And if you want to “get down and party,” the RX-1052’s “Party Mode” lets you do just that by piping the same source throughout your home.

The RX-1052 includes four independent composite video outputs, too, so you can watch what you want where you want to watch it. Independent IR (infrared) links give you source control from any room while four separate 12 volt “trigger” circuits energize just those system components you need for maximum enjoyment and maximum energy conservation.

If stereo sound is all that you need, the RX-1052 stereo receiver with multizone/ multisource capability will satisfy all of your music and video needs well into the future.
